	2. Excel: User can even Import master data like Inventory, Creditors and Debtor, Bank & Card details from Excel to Smart Shoppe. All the ledgers(creditor, debtor, bank, cash), vouchers (purchase, credit note, payment, sales, debit note, receipts) can be easily exported from Smart Shoppe to Excel.

 

Debtors & Creditors:
Provides you with the facility to create and manage Debtors and Creditors Account including details such as personal/official information and Credit/Debit histories etc. Preparation of ledgers can be done along with the facility to Export the Data in the excel sheet & the same can be e-mailed.

Inventory:
You can maintain your day to day inventory such as sale purchase, purchase return, sales return and creditors and Debtors payment with ease. Detail of C-form (received or sent) can be maintained. Sales can be managed as per discounts. You can even manage carriage inward and outward. Reorder level of an inventory can be checked at regular intervals, which would enable you to know the level of materials at which a new order for supply of materials is to be placed. Which keeps you updated with your inventory details.

Taxation:
Taxation systems designed very simple for Excise Duty, Sales Tax (VAT/CST), Service Tax and other taxes, which allows you to maintain tax details with purchase and sales. Taxation system on individual item can be easily done. You can create tax master for individual items for saving time.

Reports:
Smart Shoppee provides you customized reports with facility to export all report to excel. Various other reports such as Day book for daily Inventory, Stock Register in which you can view you stock at different levels. Purchase /Sales Registers, tracking of purchase/sales return. In which you can view a summarized report of your purchases and sales by different categories i.e. Bill wise, Supplier wise, Item wise, Item Code wise etc. Keep record of your creditors and debtors account you can view their balances, payments, Dues and Closing Balances. Taxation reports for Excise, VAT, CST, Service Tax can be generated in various manner such as – month wise, date wise or percentage wise reports. Reports showing details of C Forms Issued and Forms received are available. Inventory Item’s reorder level can also be maintained. Reorder report can also be generated.

Customized Billing:
Customized billing which allows users to create bill as per their requirement. Choice of making the bills at the different rates, which are inclusive of Tax or exclusive of Tax, Choice of applying Tax before discount or after discount. Taxation system is very user friendly and customizable for individual items or for whole bill. Item wise bill can be generated. User can define tax rate for different products

Bar Code Reader:
Compatible with Bar Code Reader. This makes tracking stock much easier. As the bar coded items leave inventory, they get scanned and their product information is entered into the software with the help of this option.

Discounts/Packages:
Multiple items can be grouped together and offered for sale as a package. The price, discount etc. for the package can be defined.

Back Up & Restore:
This is an important feature of the software Backup helps to keep your files safe, while file restore is useful in cases of file loss and data corruption. Therefore it ensures safety of your data.

Access Rights:
